I’ve used ftshp.co.uk i like that they seem to be making an effort with better materials and cutting down on waste. That kind of thing matters to me, even if I’m just browsing for clothes. Delivery was totally fine as well, no issues there. I do wish every item had a bit more info, because sometimes I was left wondering about the details. But overall, it feels like a good choice if you’re trying to shop a little more sustainably.

I ordered from Footshop and, to be fair, the product was exactly like it was shown and described on the site. The size, colour and little details all matched up, which isn’t always the case when you’re shopping online.

I was slightly unsure before ordering, mainly because I tend to read between the lines with product descriptions and photos, but there were no awkward surprises when it arrived. It looked and felt like what I thought I was buying.

Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s always nice when a website gives you a clear idea of what you’re getting, and this one did. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered a pair because it said they were in stock, and then a few days later I got told they actually weren't available. So that was kind of annoying, especially since I had already paid and was just waiting around. The refund did come through fine, so that part was okay, but the stock updates really need to be better or fixed somehow...

I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from FTShp at first because I kept wondering if the customs charges would end up being more confusing than they looked. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I wanted to know what I was paying before checking out.

The import fees were actually explained clearly before I paid, and there wasn’t any awkward surprise charge at the door, which I really appreciated. I did still double-check things a couple of times just to be safe, but it all matched up.

I asked for a refund it came through quickly. I was expecting it to take longer, kind of like when you deal with... anyway, it was done faster than I thought.

It’s okay, but the photos made it look a lot nicer than it did when it arrived. Not terrible or anything, just a bit underwhelming compared to what I was expecting.

I personally don’t see it holding up for long, which is disappointing considering the price. I expected better...

I ordered online and went to pick it up the next day, and it just had a good feel from the start. No queue, the staff were relaxed and helpful, and the trainers were exactly right. One of those experiences where you kind of think, yep, I’d definitely do this again
